Period 6 Semester Final
1) I believe I deserve 100% on the Elements of Art project. I spent lots of time and effort to produce each one of the drawings. A clear description is written for each element of art. The drawings focus on each element of art.
2) I believe I deserve 100% on the Principles of Design project, no more and no less. Each drawing is full of color to capture the attention of the viewer. Each drawing is proportional and balanced. A lot of time is spent to create the principles of design.

Principles of Design
Principles of Design
Balance is used to make a design feel more stable. It is the distribution of color, space, texture, and the visual weight of an object.
Emphasis is a part of a design that grabs the onlooker's attention. The artist would make one area stand out by making it different in size, texture, shape, or color.
Movement is the route the viewer's eye takes when looking at a work of art.
Patten is a design that has a repeating object or symbol.
Repetition is similar to pattern and works with pattern, but is used to make the piece of art seem active.
Proportion creates unity within a piece of art. The feeling of unity is created when all parts (size or amount) relates with each other.
