2) I believe I deserve 100% on the Principles of Design project, no more and no less. Each drawing is full of color to capture the attention of the viewer. Each drawing is proportional and balanced. A lot of time is spent to create the principles of design.

Principles of Design

Principles of Design

Balance is used to make a design feel more stable. It is the distribution of color, space, texture, and the visual weight of an object.

Emphasis is a part of a design that grabs the onlooker's attention. The artist would make one area stand out by making it different in size, texture, shape, or color.
Movement is the route the viewer's eye takes when looking at a work of art.

Patten is a design that has a repeating object or symbol.

Repetition is similar to pattern and works with pattern, but is used to make the piece of art seem active.

Proportion creates unity within a piece of art. The feeling of unity is created when all parts (size or amount) relates with each other.

Rhythm is one or more elements of design used repeatedly to create an organized feeling.

Variety is used to grab the viewer's attention by using multiple elements of design.

Unity creates harmony and a sense of completeness between all the parts of a work of art.
